Carla Conway
Board Vice Chair

Carla Conway brings deep expertise in leading large-scale transformation initiatives, with a particular focus on the high tech industry. She partners with organizations to unlock value through strategic operating model and organizational design, leadership enablement, and talent strategy. Carla specializes in helping institutions navigate complex change, align people and strategy, and build the capabilities needed to deliver measurable, sustainable results.

Carla is passionate about education and community development. She serves as Accenture’s Relationship Manager for Homeboy Industries, supporting efforts to provide holistic services and career pathways for justice-involved individuals in the Los Angeles area. Through this work, she helps expand access to skills training and meaningful employment opportunities.

Prior to joining Accenture, Carla worked in Sales and Relationship Management at Thomson Reuters, serving clients in the financial services industry. She holds an MBA from Duke University and a BA in Communications from Loyola Marymount University.
